Senior Administrator, Operations Change, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

An Operations and Change Administrator is required to join the Operations Change team of an international bank. You will support the delivery of special projects and continuous improvement exercises for various stakeholders and clients.

The Role…

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the SME for all Operations projects, from integration through to successful completion of all User Acceptance Testing, procedure reviews and impact assessments
  • Identifying areas for improvements and making recommendations, focussing on processes to improve the efficiency and quality of services
  • Formalising change impact assessments by providing insights regarding the end to end processes, considering the impacts, benefits and its adaptation
  • Planning the implementation of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, promoting business changes positively whilst supporting understanding and acceptance
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a point of referral for junior colleagues to resolve complex queries
  • Maintaining professional knowledge through the completion of internal training and learning sessions

About You…

We need a confident communicator who enjoys networking and fostering close client relationships. Essentially, you will need:

  • Extensive experience within Operations/Change within banking or financial services
  • Sound knowledge of banking processes and procedures
  • Some experience with the following: impact assessments; training; floor-walking; user acceptance testing; process re-engineering
