Corporate Relationship Manager, Contract, Isle of Man

There is an exciting opportunity to join an international bank as its Corporate Relationship Manager on a temporary basis. Managing and developing a defined portfolio, you’ll be building relationships with corporate customers to support their financial needs.

The Role…

This is a role you can embrace and make your own. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively enhancing customer satisfaction and advocacy by providing them with products and services that best serve their needs
  • Preparing well researched and comprehensive briefs and pitch books for customers and prospecting meetings
  • Using a range of contact and strategy planning tools to identify and meet customer needs, while all the time ensuring high quality customer service
  • Supporting senior management to assess and analyse the financial information of customers
  • Maintaining the credit quality of your portfolio to a high standard in conjunction with senior colleagues

About You…

You’ll be building lasting and meaningful relationships with customers; as such, you’ll need:

  • Ability to undertake detailed financial analysis, including debt capacity analysis, financial modelling, valuation and debt structuring
  • A track record of delivering high quality transactions and building outstanding customer and professional relationships, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Previous knowledge of financing and risk management trends, able to develop innovative solutions
  • Strong market awareness with an appreciation of the economic and financial outlook
