Business Analyst, Permanent Job, Isle of Man
Business Analyst required to join an International Life Assurance Organisation on a permanent basis. The role holder will be responsible for Identifying business need and define a solution scope that can feasibly be implemented by the business.
Business analysis planning and monitoring.
Requirements management and communication.
Process analysis and modelling.
Solution assessment and validation.
Business and market knowledge.
Act as a deputy for Lead Business Analyst as required.
Skills & Experience:
Essential Qualifications: Educated to degree level or equivalent working experience.
Desirable Qualifications: External accreditation in Business Analysis.
Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst and exposure to full change life cycle.
Competent in the use of business analysis tools, techniques and processes.
Familiar with project and software delivery cycles.
Developing analytical and inter-personal skills.
Developing influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
