An experienced Agency Sales Business Development Manager is required to join an umbrella service for UK contractors. You will work closely with agencies so that they can support their candidates through their contracting journey whilst utilising the services of an umbrella company.

The Role...



Your responsibilities will include:

Generating new business relationships with agency consultants, owners and introducers

Travelling to the UK, when required, for face-to-face client meetings

Managing your workflow, from initial contact through to a sale, as well as your after-sale relationships for cross-selling/referral opportunities

Creating your own leads and managing your clients from application to payment

Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products, recommending changes to products, service and policy

Maintaining professional and technical knowledge through attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks and participating in professional societies

About You...



Ideally, you will have the following skills/experience:

Previous experience in sales and customer service within the UK contractor and agency sectors

Knowledge of umbrella, CIS and limited company structures

A proven track record of meeting sales targets, negotiating and building client relationships
