Change Management Coordinator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Change Management Coordinator required to join a global gaming and software development company, supporting the Change Managers in ensuring compliance of all changes, processes and systems used.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring standardisation and alignment between systems, offices and Business Units in terms of Change Management processes
Assisting in Implementing changes to Change processes or Policies
Maintain, review and ensure accuracy of all information assets related to the Change system
Regular Change Management Reporting
Daily and regular pro-active checks for non-compliances on CRQs and change management process
Assisting with the Quarterly Change Management Audit and/or other Certifications and Audits
Ensuring the Change and Scheduling Systems meet Business and Regulatory Requirement

Skills & Experience:
3+ Years in an IT environment
ITIL Foundation + (or equivalent)
Excellent communication, organisation and coordination skills
Proven time management skills
Detail-orientated with good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and perform under pressure
Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas and recommendations clearly, in verbal, written and presentation formats
