Claims Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
An experienced Claims Administrator is sought by an international Life Assurance organisation based in central Douglas. Joining on a permanent basis, you'll deliver a direct service to clients and IFAs by processing claim requests within specified servicing times

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving, understanding, validating, and correctly setting up both regular and single withdrawals, full & segment surrenders, open surrenders, and death claims
Calculating and providing chargeable gain information
Update amendments to client information on AIA

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within a similar Claims position is essential
Good computer literacy, comfortable with MS Office and able to draft letters/fax
Excellent communication skills, with good telephone manner

Hours & Benefits:
