Client Support Officer, Permanent, Isle of Man

We are currently seeking a Client Support Officer within the Payments team of a Financial Services company to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all banking services.

The Role...

Dealing with external/internal banking clients, ensuring delivery of a quality and responsive service in respect of all their banking requirements.
Ensure all transactions, payments, and FX instructions (client, corporate and inter-bank) are carried out accurately, within permitted timescales and in accordance with processes and procedures.
Supporting the implementation of any new system/technology advances, revised working practices and procedures to improve the effectiveness/efficiency of the team and deliver an improved service to our customers
Deal with telephone queries and requests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

About You...

Minimum GCSE or equivalent standard with passes in Mathematics and English Language.
A working knowledge of banking systems and procedures.
A practical understanding of AML/CFT procedures.
Strong communication skills and customer service ethos.
At least 2/3 years banking/financial services experience is preferred
