Company Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
A global provider of independent fiduciary services are seeking a Company Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Client Portfolio Manager, the successful applicant will administer a portfolio of client entities and trusts to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:
Incorporation of companies in all jurisdictions and the establishment of trusts
Opening, operating and administration of bank accounts
Invoicing, credit notes, viewpoint billing and Viewpoint time and disbursements systems
Day to day administration of client companies & trusts

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
Familiarity with Viewpoint would be advantageous
Good working knowledge of statutory, company secretarial and compliance matters
Excellent organisational skills
