Corporate & Trust Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
Experienced Corporate & Trust Administrator with understanding of corporate, trust and foundation clients, is required to effectively manage a diverse portfolio within a small and growing Fiduciary Services team in the North of the Island.

Key Responsibilities:
Administering Companies and Foundations that hold a variety of assets, including residential and commercial property and private yachts
Providing excellent customer service to clients and intermediaries
Keeping accurate records and managing invoicing and debtors
Preparing and filing statutory documents and Formation and Dissolution procedures
Bookkeeping for client entities

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within Corporate and Trust Administration, ideally having upwards of 2 years industry experience
Ideally an interest in undertaking or completing professional qualifications, although this is not essential
Positive and enthusiastic approach, used to working autonomously but also as part of a small and friendly team and liaising effectively with clients and intermediaries
