Customer Service Administrator - German Speaking, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
A leading Life Assurance organisation based in Douglas has a permanent position available, with primary responsibility for administering the group's German book of business. The role would suit a high performing person, with an understanding of payments processing and general servicing of insurance/savings contracts. The candidate must be fluent in German.

Key Responsibilities:
Review documentation submitted for withdrawals and surrenders
Administer policy amendments
Preparation of monthly reports
Liaising with internal & external parties by phone and in writing

Skills & Experience:
Excellent, communication skills and full fluency in both written and spoken German
Previous Financial Services experience would be highly advantageous
A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy
Excellent organisational skills

Hours & Benefits:
Full time business hours (35 hours p/w); Salary commensurate with relevant skills and experience; Full company benefits package
