Customer Service Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
Customer Services Administrator required to join an established Funds and Investments Organisation, on a permanent basis. The role the role would suit a high performing individual who has worked or looking for a career in Customer Services. The role will include, on-boarding new clients, customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements and client correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing new business applications to ensure they are in line with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority's (FSA's) Guidance Notes on AML
Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted in line with company internal guidelines

Skills & Experience:
Previous financial services experience (ideally in a new business or a customer service role within Life Assurance/Investments)
A good understanding of the FSA's Insurance (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations 2008
A detailed knowledge of the new business requirements under the FSA's Guidance Notes- desirable
