We are currently recruiting for an experienced customer service assistant to be actively engaged in customer query resolutions and relationship building at all levels.

The successful applicant will become an active part of a small, hard working team, you will both proactively contact customers to ensure they are happy with the service provided and react to inbound customer queries to find a resolution. You will:
Collaborate with colleagues in own team and the wider business, including suggesting ways to improve systems and service
Communicate with customers by telephone confidently and with excellent customer service skills
Strike up conversations with clients and lead communications
About You...
To be successful in this role, you will need to be experienced in managing client relationships, in a professional manner, you should:
Possess excellent communication and computer skills (preferably with experience of sending emails using a CRM system)
Be forward thinking, self motivated and comfortable working within a small team in the office, or from home unsupervised
Have a high level of accuracy when entering data
Be comfortable with using a computer or dealing with queries on multiple systems
