Customer Service & Sales Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

A large Island-based hospitality group is searching for a Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join its Wholesale team. You will need to have experience delivering excellent customer service, as well as meticulous administrative skills.

The Role…

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Developing customer relationships through maintaining a good understanding of their businesses and providing support and advice where needed
  • Accurately managing customer orders and dealing with any stock/quality/account queries
  • Liaising with logistics team to efficiently manage deliveries
  • Producing accurate key performance reporting to enable effective sales calls, whilst also supporting the sales team
  • Working to daily and weekly routines to ensure business administration tasks are up to date
  • Providing assistance to the purchasing team when necessary
  • Undertaking training and development
  • Ensuring that timetables for works are completed and deadlines are met
