Customer Service Executive, Permanent Job, Isle of Man
We have a brilliant opportunity to join an award-winning telecoms provider. Due to their rapid and accelerating growth, they're seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their fast-paced departments. This is a shift based role where the hours fall between 7am-8pm on weekdays and 8am-5pm on weekends (either Saturday or Sunday, only one weekend in every three or four, for which you'd have a day off in the week).
The Role...
Your core responsibilities will include:
Developing and using your customer services expertise to identify and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
Handling inbound and outbound calls to our customers, responding to a diverse range of problems and requests
Achieving individual, and contributing to department, SLAs and KPIs ensuring value added service to customers and best practice is followed
Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, delivering simple, effective ways to improve the service you offer to our customers
About You...
You will need:
Relevant experience and a proven track record in a customer services role
Retentions experience is desirable, but not essential
Excellent communication skills on all levels
Sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
