Senior Customer Support, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

A rapidly expanding Bitcoin company is looking for an experience Customer Support Specialist to act as a driving force in developing its long-term customer support vision. You must be highly organised and professional with exceptional customer service skills and, of course, a passion for cryptocurrency.

The Role…

Essentially, your duties will encompass the following:

  • Taking care of customers across different channels, including email, live chat, social media, phone, and in person
  • Working continuously with our development, compliance and sales teams to improve our customer-centric products (UX issues, bug reports)
  • UX writing and copywriting: website and apps wording, error messages, FAQs, Help Centre knowledge base, and blog posts

About You…

You will be representing the business to its clients and customers and, as such, will need:

  • Considerable experience in a customer support role, with the ability to overcome customer objections and drive a positive resolution
  • Computer skills; navigating in-house software during live chat sessions or phone calls
  • A personal interest in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, or a willingness to really dig in and learn about this rapidly growing industry
