An excellent opportunity has arisen for a new team member to join the Customer Services New Business team of a global life assurance firm. This is the perfect role for a high performing administrator, with an understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements.

The Role...

You will provide a point of contact for support, technical administration assistance and general relationship management to brokers, sales force and regional offices. Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted in line with the group’s internal guidelines
  • Dealing with responses by phone and email to requests for outstanding new application requirements
  • Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers, sales and regional offices

About You...

We will require you to have:

  • Previous financial services experience
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail
  • High level of accuracy
