Agency Sales Business Development Executive, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
A Sales Executive and an Agency Sales Business Development Executive are required for an established contractor payroll organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage leads that come from the internet and referral marketing channels
Maintain new business relationships with Agency consultants, owners and introducers
Find the most appropriate solution to match clients' needs
Manage lead pipeline, workflow and priorities through to sale
Manage clients from application through to payment, providing timely support throughout the process
Chase KYC and identification requirements
Monitor competitor landscape regarding pricing and products and recommend changes in products, service, and policy

Skills & Experience:
Professional and knowledgeable with excellent customer service, relationship management and sales skills
Knowledge of, or previous experience in UK Contractor/Agency Sectors would be beneficial
Knowledge of, or previous experience in Tax, Umbrella, CIS and Limited Company structures is desirable
