Business Development Executive, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

We currently have a unique opportunity for a Business Development Executive; you will be dealing with leads from UK-based recruitment consultants and temporary contractors selling umbrella payroll services.

The Role...

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you duties will include:

Attending face-to-face meeting with potential clients and recruitment agencies

Identifying and pitching to key decision makers, providing weekly reports on sales achievements and sales activity

Predominantly self-generating new opportunities whilst building on existing relationships to supply you with continuing referrals

Cold canvassing businesses in an undeveloped territory, providing information of services offered in a consultative, legal and compliant manner

Supporting the client services team to ensure any matters relating to sales are communicated and resolved efficiently

Working in a fast-paced sales environment and building a strong client base to maximise revenue opportunities

Potentially travelling to UK, when required

About You...

You will be playing a crucial role in the ongoing growth and expansion of the business and, thus, will need:

Previous experience in a sales and business development role; a background selling umbrella services would be an advantage but is not essential

Proven track record of successfully driving sales and delivering targets

Exceptional communication skills with an ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients

Umbrella product knowledge is preferred
