Digital Sales Executive, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
This is a permanent position with a leading Payroll and Contractor Services company in central Douglas. As a Digital Sales Executive you?£?ll be liaising with UK-based contractors selling a range of Umbrella Services. The role will involve identifying and pitching products based on client needs, and you?£?ll need to conduct sales in a consultative and compliant approach. You?£?ll also have to be prepared to deal with contractors based on their working day and availability which is often outside the usual 9 to 5.

Key Responsibilities:
Self-generating sales from Digital Campaign leads and other data sources
Achieving set targets
Weekly reporting on sales achievements and sales activity
Providing information of our service offering in a consultative, legal and compliant manner
Support the client services team to ensure any matters related to sales are communicated and resolved efficiently and in a timely manner
Continuous personal development in order to ensure an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation relating to the service offering

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience and success within Direct Sales & Business Development is essential
Experience of selling within the payroll, agency and contractor industry is preferable
Umbrella product knowledge is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised and self-motivated

Hours & Benefits:
Full time business hours; Salary commensurate with relevant skills and experience; uncapped sales commission structure
