Gaming Marketing Manager, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Gaming Marketing Manager required to assist in the strategy, development and execution of marketing campaigns for the group. The successful candidate will coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements of every campaign is met.

Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate data from multiple platforms, partners and stakeholders, for the purpose of evaluating campaigns results
Develop the strategy for Affiliates including liaising with our Affiliate partner
Develop the strategy for VIPS including liaising with our Key Accounts Team
Liaise with dedicated promo team and promo operations team to review and set up campaigns then stress-test the campaigns before launch
Monitor campaigns results on daily basis by providing a summary of their key metrics
Manage the competitor's analysis for all mirror brands and propose any trends we shall trial
Work alongside the Brand Manager to produce a set of KPIs for each campaign that compliments the overall departmental goals

Skills & Experience:
Minimum diploma in business or equivalent
Proven experience within a similar digital marketing role preferably in gaming or similar
Strong command of mandarin in written and communication required, and a good level of English
Ability to use Photoshop is advantageous

Hours and benefits:
Full time core business hours. Salary in line with experience.
