Social Media Executive, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Social Media Executive required to join a successful and growing eGaming company. The successful applicant must have native level communication skills in Chinese (verbal, written and presentation) along with strong analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:
Work with external and internal stakeholders to optimise the conversion rates and improve the new user experience
Work closely with paid digital and social media channels to support and develop digital advertising strategy
Use data and testing to develop better experiences for new customers interacting with website via multiple devices
Oversee the user journeys per channel and market - proactively and continuously identify where improvements can be made and follow these through to implementation

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience within a similar role within digital marketing, preferably in eGaming
Strong knowledge and skills of using digital and social media tools, i.e. forums, webchat
Native level communication skills in simplified Chinese - verbal, written and presentation
Highly organised by nature and proficient in multi-tasking

Hours & Benefits:
Full time, core business hours - salary in line with experience
