Business Change Manager, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

An Island-based eGaming firm needs an individual to join its Operations department as a Business Change Manager. Coordinating the company’s development and implementation process, you will work across departments to ensure a wide range of business changes are delivered on time.

The Role…

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, delivering, and tracking changes across an online gambling website
  • Managing the Changes priority schedule according to business and regulatory requirements
  • Managing the Change Team and Testing team ensuring a quality delivery with limited disruption
  • Liaising with the User Experience, Development, Compliance and Marketing teams, acting as the go-to contact for project updates
  • Directing project execution by tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing and executing contingency plans
  • Communicating project status by preparing standard status reports, and by leading the project status update meetings among department heads and senior stakeholders

About You…

To succeed within this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in project/change management, preferably in IT or eGaming
  • BA degree in IT,  Computer Science, or other relevant field – or equivalent experience
  • Project management certification (PMP), or successful completion of a recognised project management curriculum
  • Excellent data analysis and manipulation skills for the creation and packaging of reports for management
