Compliance Analyst, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

An unsurpassable opportunity has arisen for an individual looking to develop their skillset in the evolving and dynamic area of gambling compliance. Working with a portfolio of gaming clients in the Managed Services department, you'll assist in a variety of licensing, regulatory, monitoring and compliance matters.

The Role...

As part of a small but skilled team, you will:

Manage client relationships and expectations by supporting them on various compliance challenges they might encounter and providing pragmatic solutions

Support clients in managing their risk by conducting regular and in-depth risk assessments

Provide support across a range of projects including licensing, building robust frameworks, monitoring, regulatory returns and reporting/administration

Build strong relationships with a range of intermediaries and regulators to keep up to date with the latest regulatory developments in gambling compliance on the Isle of Man

Research and develop materials for use in the client-facing Compliance Academy

About You...

To excel in this role, all you'll need is:

Previous experience working in a client-facing role, preferably within compliance, banking or gaming

Strong administrative skills

Excellent communication skills, including good stakeholder management

Some knowledge of governance and general compliance
