Fiduciary Assistant Manager, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
Experienced Assistant Manager required on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will manage their own portfolio of clients, managing relationships and ensuring standards are met

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented for clients and ensure standards are met
Understand all technical matters relating to clients and share knowledge with the team
Deliver excellent client service, operational effectiveness and efficiencies
Ensure compliance with KYC obligations by preparing, monitoring and maintaining robust client files, safeguarding the group from potential risks
Manage own portfolio of clients & assist with review of team time charging
Prepare quotes for potential and existing clients and billing
Build strong customer relationships with new and existing clients

Skills & Experience:
ICSA or STEP qualified/part qualified or be willing to work towards these qualifications
Relevant industry experience at assistant manager or manager level
Ideally holds a membership of relevant professional institute

Hours & Benefits:
Full time, core business hours - permanent role
