Administration & Facilities Assistant, Permanent, Isle of Man

Our client is seeking and Administration and Facilities Assistant to act as the "go-to" for all building facilities queries. You will support the Receptionist with the day-to-day running of reception, office and postal duties, and assist with general administrative tasks within the business.

The Role...

Covering reception on an adhoc basis
Archiving - Monitoring, destroying, reviewing, logging and retrieving files
Facilities management
Organising work stations for new Joiners and arranging any office moves
First point of contact for all maintenance queries
Compliance checks

About you...

Full driving licence is essential as you will retrieve files from the archive unit
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexible, adaptable and confident working with various departments in the business
Receptionist experience ideal but not essential
Professional services experience ideal but not essential
Flexible to work ad-hoc weekend / outside of working hours to supervise contractors conducting building works
