Client Services Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

An Island-based life assurance company is looking for a competent Administrator to join its Client Services department to assist with the processing of new business, servicing and claims.

The Role…

Reporting to the Operations Manager, it will be your responsibility to:

  • Respond to client and intermediary queries promptly, providing concise and professional support via phone, email, fax and post
  • Work with clients to ensure that business meets the compliance requirements, particularly AML regulations
  • Manage filing and archiving to ensure all correspondence is stored correctly
  • Advise supervisors of any servicing issues or nonstandard requests, working with them to identify resolutions
  • Maintain procedures and checklists to ensure continuous improvements to all processes
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required

About You…

To thrive in your role, our client does require you to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar, customer-facing role, preferably within financial services or life assurance
  • Basic knowledge of the UK Inheritance Tax and Chargeable Events Legislation, as well as internal compliance requirements, particularly AML
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with professional intermediaries
