Customer Consultant, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
An experienced Customer Consultant is sought by an international Life Assurance organisation on a permanent basis. You'll consistently provide an accurate service to ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all customer requests in a confident and proactive manner
Use knowledge attained to pre-empt customer expectations, ensure accurate and timely processing of all queries
Assist and support others to effectively deal with customer queries

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience and evidence of operating in a customer services environment
Knowledge of Life Assurance products and services would be highly beneficial
Excellent comminution skills and a drive for producing quality results

Hours & Benefits:
Full time business hours (35 hours p/w); Salary commensurate with relevant skills and experience; Full company benefits package
