Finance Senior Administrator - Reconciliations, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
An international Life Assurance organisation based in Douglas are seeking a Senior Administrator, to join their Reconciliations team, in a permanent capacity. You'll assist the team leader in the accurate management and processing of bank, stock, and control account reconciliations

Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily reconciliation processes
Control and create reports to improve business efficiency
Liaise with other departments, banks, custodians, and fund managers on any complex reconciliation queries
Ensure that all trades are accurately custody checked

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including Maths and English
Advanced Excel skills
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Can work accurately and timely in order to meet daily deadlines
Exceptional organisational & problem solving skills

Hours & Benefits:
35 hour working week (09:00-17:00); Salary commensurate with skills and experience; Full company benefits package
