Part Time Bookkeeper required to record activities for a Payroll Software company based in Douglas

The Role...

Preparing and sending monthly client invoices from Quickbooks
Dealing with and resolving any queries which may arise from client invoices
Liaising with other staff to gather additional monthly chargeable costs
Reviewing debtors, sending statements and following up on outstanding invoices
Setting up regular supplier payments
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
Preparing ad hoc financial reports as requested by the Managing Director

About you...

Experience from a similar Bookkeeping role
Bookkeeping qualification would be preferable but not essential
Knowledge of Quickbooks (or a similar accounting software package) would also be an asset.
