Finance Administrator, Contract, Isle of Man

An international wealth management firm needs a Finance Administrator to join its Investments & Finance team, providing maternity cover on a 12 month contract.

The Role…

Reporting to the Investments Services Manager, your main duties will include:

  • Ensuring that payments are processed in line with internal guidelines and procedures
  • Applying cash dividends to client portfolios
  • Monitoring and managing the Finance mailbox
  • Fee and foreign exchange transaction sweeps
  • Supporting the monthly process to pay fees to financial advisors
  • Providing administration

About You…

In order to excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience within a financial services environment
  • Knowledge of international payment methods
  • Excellent customer service skills
