Fund Administrator - Secretarial Services, Contract, Isle of Man

There is a great opportunity to join a global trust and corporate service provider on a temporary basis. Working within the Secretarial Services department as a Fund Administrator, you will deliver high quality service to a broad range of investment structures across various jurisdictions.

The Role…

Primarily, your duties will include:

  • Preparing board written resolutions and minutes, AGM and EGM documentation
  • Compiling board packs and following up action points post meeting
  • Collating and reviewing customer due diligence documentation
  • Liaising with clients and service providers regarding day to day administration duties
  • Preparing annual returns and reviewing statutory forms
  • Assisting with incorporations and liquidations
  • Preparing regulatory filings

About You…

Our client needs an experience administrator to join their team. You will need:

  • Previous experience providing secretarial services within a regulated financial services environment
  • Knowledge of fund structures
  • Have, or be willing to work towards, a Chartered Secretary Qualification
