Lettings Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

We have a superb opportunity for an individual to join an award-winning hospitality and distribution group on a permanent, part-time basis. As a Lettings Administrator, you will support the Property Division with both operational and financial administration, positioning yourself as a key contact for tenants and other stakeholders.

The Role...

Your key responsibilities will include:

Processing rental invoices to both residential and commercial tenants, whilst also collating charges incurred by the properties and splitting the costs between tenants

Ensuring rental schedules are kept up to date and that utility bills are charged to tenants where applicable

Monitoring the helpdesk and responding to relevant requests, handling invoicing queries from tenants and resolving where possible

Working with the Director and Accountant on lease schedules and any highlighted issues

Maintaining a master lease schedule which has a summary of all tenants along with starting, ending and review dates

Site visits and inspections on properties (residential & commercial) island wide

About You...

The perfect candidate will have the following:

Previous experience in a similar role with a strong commercial grounding

Experience using Navision accounting software, or similar

Good knowledge of MS Office
