Office and Finance Administrator, Permanent, Isle of Man
We have a great new opportunity to join an expanding office systems and document management company on a permanent basis. They're growing fast with new global partners, and need an Office and Finance Administrator to join the team to keep the office and administration operating efficiently
Your core responsibilities will include
Managing all the administration, purchasing and invoicing to ensure the smooth running of the office
Working directly with the management team and provide administrative support specifically to the Finance and Sales & Marketing teams in the form of commercial agreements, financial reporting, purchasing and supplier relationships
Making recommendations and improvements as you start to understand the business.
You will need
Previous experience in an administration, project management, office management or management accounting role
High interpersonal and communication skills
Intermediate Windows skills, specifically, in Excel, PowerPoint and Word will be required with an aptitude to quickly learn cloud based systems, document management and CRM software
A technical, telecoms or IT background would be beneficial but is not essential.
