Pensions Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

A Pensions Administrator is required to join a Douglas based firm. As well as general administration, you will assist customers with banking and accountancy related queries.

The Role…

You role will encompass the following:

  • Responding to queries and requests and communicating with clients via email and phone
  • Accurately performing banking transactions
  • Inputting data to pension administration databases and systems
  • Assisting with ad hoc project work

About You…

All we require of you is:

  • Previous experience in a financial services environment in an administrative capacity
  • A customer-focussed attitude with excellent communication skills
  • An ability to work to a high level of accuracy
