Senior Customer Service Administrator, Contract, Isle of Man

A global wealth management company is searching for an experienced Administrator to join its Customer Services team on a six month fixed term contract.

The Role…

You’ll be the point of contact for support, technical administration assistance and general relationship management. This will include:

  •          Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory Anti- Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes
  •          Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed
  •          Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information
  •          Client set up and ongoing servicing on the Customer Relations Management system, including web support
  •          Applying incoming funds and processing withdrawals/surrenders
  •          Data capture and recording management information data
  •          Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, sales and regional offices in order to identify their needs
  •          Working with other departments in executing corporate projects and plans

About You…

This role is perfect for a high performing customer service expert. You’ll need:

  •          Previous experience in a customer services role within investments or life assurance
  •          Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships, both internal and external
  •          An eye for detail and great communication skills
