Senior CSP Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

A trust and corporate service provider is recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join its Client Services department. You will manage a portfolio of clients, complying with all pertinent legislation, liaising with banks, brokers and other relevant parties involved in the client relationship.

The Role…

Working within the Client Services Team, you’ll be:

• Responsible for all aspects of day to day Trust and Company administration for a portfolio of clients
• Responding in a timely and efficient manner to requests and any ad hoc enquiries, continually following up on ongoing matters to ensure completion or resolution
• Contacting clients, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, introducers and intermediaries
• Producing minutes and carrying out administrative tasks
• Complying with all statutory requirements including filing of annual returns (AR) and ensure all client entities within own portfolio of clients are in good standing
• Completing annual compliance reviews, including resolution of all outstanding action points

About You…

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience within the company and trust industry
• Relevant qualification, i.e. STEP, ICSA
• Excellent working knowledge of fiduciary structures, as well as trust and company law and statutory obligations
• Some knowledge of Viewpoint
