Fund Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
Funds Administrator required to join a leading corporate and trust service provider to provide an accurate and efficient service to clients, using available specialist resources

Key Responsibilities:
Deal effectively and efficiently with all internal administration matters, complying with all relevant external regulations and internal Company policies and procedures
Ensure that an understanding of key compliance issues is maintained
Liaise with clients and service providers regarding day to day administration queries, such as bank transfers, reconciliation of assets/cash, receipt of documentation, arranging signature of documentation
Maintenance of accounting records and the calculation of net asset value of fund entities in accordance with the relevant offering document
Compile & collate investor application information ensuring all appropriate AML documentation is received in a timely manner
Review & reconciliation of client monies
Process shareholder queries received in a timely & professional manner

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within a Funds environment would be beneficial
Strong numerical ability , preferably with A Level Maths
Good communication and inter personal skills
