HR Recruitment Coordinator, Permanent, Isle of Man

Permanent HR & Recruitment Coordinator required to join a team of a large global life Assurance company to undertake a wide variety of administrative duties

The Role...


First point of contact for employees and external partners
Provide first-class, pro-active HR support, ensuring that all business needs are responded to in the most effective and timely manner
Create and maintain employee documentation
Follow and improve HR administrative tasks, processes and procedures
Champion the data integrity of HR related systems ensuring all data is input correctly and system processes are continually improved
Provide support for the Talent and Recruitment Lead, taking responsibility for the onboarding documentation and assisting with the interview process

About you...


Previous experience within HR Administration
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong presentation skills, creating and delivering the material.
Committed to providing outstanding customer service (both internally and externally)
Working towards a CIPD certification would be desirable
