We are currently seeking an Insurance Technician on a 7 Month Fixed Term Contract in central Douglas.

The Role...

You will be administering the declaration and closing of War Risk Additional Premiums calls, as well as:
Ensuring the production of deliverable documentation and efficient resolution of issues
Opening, confirming and closing of Additional Premium calls
Dealing with over 300 shipping companies
Monthly reconciliation reports
Become proficient in internal systems, such as BoWoS and BLUR

About You...

An ideal candidate will have experience in shipping, compliance or insurance, as well as:
Experience with Microsoft application such as, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferably, candidate will have an understanding of world geography
Excellent customer service and communication skills as well as a keen attention to detail
