IT Helpdesk Analyst, Contract, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
IT Helpdesk Analyst required to join an international life assurance provider on a 12 month contract basis. The successful applicant will support the transformation of the future growth of the business, simplifying IT architecture by removing legacy systems and delivering new solutions, providing market leading services for colleagues, customers and advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first line support to customers via phone, email and web channels
Perform triage, resolve incidents and respond to queries on PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and email/business applications
Assign incidents to second line support teams when required
Contribute technical content and solutions and maintain departmental procedures in the knowledge base repositories
Adhere to agreed service levels

Skills & Experience:
Working knowledge of IT business technologies; networks, servers, Windows server and desktop operating system, PC hardware, Office applications
Previous experience working in IT
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Hours & Benefits:
Full time, core business hours. 12 month contract. Salary in line with skills & experience
