Technical Support Engineer, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
A Technical Support Engineer is sought by an eGaming company, on a permanent basis. Based in central Douglas, the role holder will support a busy team of traders, providing and assisting with their IT needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring hardware operating systems and applications.
Maintaining systems and networks.
Responding to both internal staff and external client IT queries.
Providing full on-site IT support.

Skills & Experience:
Previous practical experience in a similar IT support position.
Ideally holding a CCNA/MCP certification.
Experience in the eGaming industry, or with an online sportsbook company, would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with staff at all levels.
A genuine interest and aptitude for IT.

Hours & Benefits:
This role operates on a shift pattern basis - flexibility for evening, weekend, and public holiday work is essential; competitive salary and full company benefits package.
