Learning & Development Manager, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Qualified and experienced Learning & Development Manager required to join a leading Wealth Management organisation to support the organisation's overall strategy and organisational design.

Key Responsibilities:
Experience in planning, and delivery a range of Learning & Development materials to support the organisations aims and objectives.
Support the Head of HR in organisational design and delivery.
Provide effective monitoring and provide solutions to the organisation's people strategy.

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in Learning & Development role preferably gained within financial services.
Confident and effective communicator and influencer.
CIPD qualified.
