Legal Secretary / PA, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
An established legal firm based in central Douglas are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/PA to join their expanding business. The successful applicant will support the company by providing confident, competent and efficient secretarial duties

Key Responsibilities:
Typing correspondence, notes, including audio typing and letter transcription, preparing routine letters, using standard letters wherever relevant
Maintaining diaries and task lists, arranging and confirming meetings
Organising travel arrangements; suggesting and typing out itinerary; booking and collecting tickets; confirming reservations
Preparing for meetings by collating/copying papers & reports
Photocopying, despatching and/or receiving material and ensuring office systems run smoothly

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience working within a Law firm as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary is essential
Excellent typing and audio typing skills
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, accuracy, organisational, and communication skills
Able to provide friendly, professional, and efficient support to the legal team

Hours & Benefits:
Full time business hours (36 hours p/w); Salary commensurate with relevant skills and experience
