The Role...

Support the team by carrying out basic administration duties
Ensure that SLAs are met both in regards to quality and timescales
Work within a team to ensure customer service is maintained to a top level

About You...

Applicants should be confident communicators with excellent computer skills, alongside
5 GCSEs at grade C and above including English & Mathematics
Previous customer service experience
Excellent attention to detail and time management
