Income & Database Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Income & Database Administrator required under the manx restart scheme for an emloyer based in the East of the Island. 

Key Responsibilities:
Input on to and maintain a database including allocation of all income, updating of records and management of appropriate correspondence.
Work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to establish reporting processes that can be used to analyse data on a regular basis
Deal with incoming administrative enquiries via traditional and digital channels, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and input into the database appropriately
Reconcile database donation records against banking reports on a daily basis

Skills & Experience:
Strong administration experience
Confident working to tight deadlines
Excel and Access knowledge, strong computer skills
Experience of a busy office environment, where no two days are the same
