Office Manager required under the Manx Restart Scheme for an employer based in the East of the Island.
Routine operation and maintenance of websites for the company's customers, image replacement, change and updating of text, etc.
Establishment and maintenance of business Facebook pages for our customers, Instagram, media advertising, and more
Telephone and email response to our customers
Management of official documents - salaries, and paperwork to the government and banks, as required
Ongoing office management - drafting letters to customers and suppliers, answering the phone during working hours, customer service by phone and email
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within a similar role
Able to take ownership of the role and ensure smooth running of daily operations
Able to work within a team, and lead members
Excellent customer service & telephone manner
