Online & Client Marketing & Support Analyst, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
An Online and Client Marketing and Support Analyst is required under the Manx Restart Scheme, for an employer based in the East of the Island

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support in developing the online aspect of the business model
Website development and online media management, involving design, copy writing and posting
Representing the brand and assisting with audio and video recording, as well as the preparation of courses and workbooks
Client interface and administrative support for on-boarding, communication and interaction, financial recording and data analysis
Development of best practice and policies, as well as procedures and guidance for the business as it expands

Skills & Experience:
Keen to learn, with a desire to be challenged creatively
A knowledge of social media, video and podcasts, with basic design skills using Canva, slides and course collateral
Strong communication, both written and verbal
