Post Office Counter Assistant, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Post Office Counter Assistant required under the Manx Restart Scheme for an employer based in the West of the Island.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle mail
Payment of Benefits
Issuing of vehicle and driving licences
Payment of bills
Management of counter including weekly reconciliation, stock ordering and related administration

Skills & Experience:
Experience within a customer facing role
Ability to retain a multitude of information and answer customer questions
Able to work in an organised and methodical manner
Must be physically fit to handle large and heavy parcels
