Sous Chef required under the Manx Restart Scheme.
General preparation duties
Deputise in the absence of the Head Chef
Act as a strong “number 2” when running a kitchen service
Skills & Experience:
Talented sous chef
Understanding of flavour profiles and the seasonality of ingredients and produce
Passion for cooking and the pressures of running a busy restaurant
Awareness of food costings, stock control and management
Holds a certificate in food safety and hygiene
