Trainee Butcher, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Trainee butcher required under the Manx Restart Scheme, for an employer based in the south of the Island. 

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of meat
Dealing with customers daily, offering great customer service
Ensuring stock levels are maintained
Clean the store and keep to hygiene standards

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment
Good customer service skills are essential
